We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. You can check the status of your order by signing into your account and then selecting the option order status/history. There you will have information if your order has been fulfilled, shipped, or if it is being held.
Following acceptance of your payment your order will be dispatched, and you will receive a confirmation email. If you haven’t received anything within 5 working days, and no note has been left in your letterbox by the Post Office or courier, contact our Customer Service Department.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, you can send them back to us within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Click here for more information on returns and exchanges.

You will be sent an email as soon as your item is received at our logistics department. If you have not received an email confirming receipt within 10 days of returning, please contact the Customer Service Department and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
